The successful candidate will lead end-to-end testing activities, and coordinate with on-shore/off-shore teams, business and technology stakeholders. He/she should be responsible to ensure high-quality delivery across complex platforms. Work closely and coordinate functional system integration (SIT), regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.\nResponsibilities\n· Coordinate and manage all testing activities for all the projects, including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off.\n· Coordinate and develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, schedules, and quality metrics aligned with enterprise testing standards for INDUS team.\n· Learn and understand the architecture of program applications and systems.\n· Execute testing strategy, support junior testers, and contribute to process improvement\n· Review test results and evaluate for conformance to design\n· Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders\n· Document and track defects using ADO and in collaboration with stakeholders.\n· Coordinate status reports and other artifacts for senior leadership.\n· Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects stay on track.\nSkills and Experience\nSkills\n· English B2+\n· Proven experience working on large-scale system migrations or platform transformations.\n· Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ADO, ALM, Jira)\n· Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\n· Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a highly competitive and demanding environment.\n· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nMust Have:\n· Prior experience working within a large organization with multiple releases in a year.\n· Leading testers in some capacity on daily basis.\n· Scrum/Agile and Waterfall exposure.\nNice to Have:\n· SAP/ERP/Sales Force implementations.\n· Automation exposure\nEducation / Professional Experience/ Qualifications\n· 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Testing, with demonstrated experience in a Senior level capacity and willing to excel in testing practice.\n· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical
