You will guide clinics through the entire implementation process (needs assessment, system configuration, data migration, user training, and ongoing support), working closely with staff to ensure a seamless transition and efficient utilization of our software. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coupled with strong interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with healthcare providers and clinic managers enabling them to understand unique clinic needs and facilitate seamless EMR system adoption.\nThis position is primarily remote, based in Lower Mainland BC, with a combination of home and on-site clinic visits within BC. Flexible work hours fall between 8 AM and 6 PM (MST), Monday to Friday.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage the end-to-end implementation of Ava’s EMR software with clinics across BC, ensuring on-scope, timely delivery of tasks, schedules, and milestones.\nCollaborate with healthcare providers and clinic managers to understand their needs and demonstrate empathy to address any concerns. \nCustomize clinic profiles within the EMR, adapting to the requirements of each clinic.\nDeliver comprehensive training on Ava’s EMR functionality to clinic staff, both remotely and on-site, ensuring smooth transitions through effective change readiness.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders through effective collaboration and regular communication.\nProactively manage expectations, provide progress updates, and skillfully navigate conflict resolution when needed.\nPlan, develop, and refine project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness, adjusting to fast-paced changes while maintaining adaptability.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in running projects, healthcare experience is an asset.\nHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.\nExcellent leadership and communication skills, capable of working independently while setting priorities and managing time effectively.\nStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability in complex situations.\nSelf-starter, adjusting quickly to new software and processes.\nAptitude for working in a dynamic environment with a proactive, positive attitude.\nFamiliarity with Project Management software tools i.e. ClickUp\nProficient in productivity software e.g. Google Suite, Slack.\nPrevious training experience either remotely or in a classroom setting, is an asset.\nHealthcare industry and EMR system experience is a plus.\nMust reside in Lower Mainland BC (including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack or surrounding communities).\n\nSoft Skills\nActive listening: picking up on unspoken concerns from clinicians or administrators.\nEmpathy: understanding how changes affect frontline healthcare workers.\nDiplomacy: balancing competing priorities between clinical, technical, and administrative teams.\nPatience: recognizing that EMR adoption often meets resistance.\nPositive framing: presenting system changes as opportunities, not burdens.\nFlexibility: adjusting plans when implementation timelines shift or unforeseen issues arise.\nWho We Are\nAt Ava Industries, we’re transforming healthcare delivery by empowering providers with innovative tools that strengthen patient interactions.
