Diagnose production issues and implement fixes that address their root causes.\nImprove application reliability, performance, and cost efficiency, and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.\nRequirements\nRequired qualifications\nHands-on experience developing, deploying, and supporting applications on Microsoft Azure in production.\nProficiency in at least one backend development stack, such as C# and .NET, Java, Python, or TypeScript and Node.js.\nExperience designing REST APIs, integrating systems through asynchronous messaging, and working with relational or NoSQL databases.\nWorking knowledge of cloud security fundamentals, including role-based access control, managed identities, and secrets management.\nExperience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.\nAbility to troubleshoot distributed applications using logs, metrics, and traces.\nClear communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with Azure Container Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service, or Docker.\nFamiliarity with Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, or Azure Storage.\nExperience designing for resilience, including retry policies, idempotent message processing, and dead-letter handling.\nExperience with performance testing, production incident response, or cloud cost
