You will collaborate with infrastructure, development, and security teams to provide a reliable, secure, and scalable platform for containerised applications.\nThe scope of responsibilities will be aligned with your experience and strengths, with opportunities to contribute across platform engineering, automation, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeploy, configure, maintain, and upgrade Red Hat OpenShift clusters across relevant on-premises and cloud environments.\nMonitor platform health, availability, capacity, and performance, and troubleshoot infrastructure and application deployment issues.\nAutomate platform provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management practices.\nSupport CI/CD and GitOps workflows in collaboration with application development teams.\nImplement and maintain platform security controls, including role-based access control, network policies, secrets management, and certificate management.\nConfigure and support integrations with enterprise networking, storage, identity, monitoring, and logging services.\nContribute to backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures, including regular validation.\nSupport application teams with onboarding, deployment standards, and effective use of platform capabilities.\nMaintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and platform standards.\nParticipate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills and Experience\nPractical experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform or Kubernetes-based environments.\nWorking knowledge of Linux administration, ideally with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.\nUnderstanding of container technologies and container image management.\nFamiliarity with networking concepts, including DNS, routing, load balancing, TLS, and network segmentation.\nExperience with scripting or automation using tools and languages such as Bash, Python, or Ansible.\nFamiliarity with Git and automated software delivery practices.\nUnderstanding of infrastructure security, access management, and operational reliability.\nA structured approach to troubleshooting and the ability to collaborate across technical teams.\nClear communication skills in English, including the ability to produce technical documentation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with OpenShift Operators, cluster lifecycle management, and platform upgrades.\nFamiliarity with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Red Hat OpenShift GitOps.\nExperience with Terraform, Ansible Automation Platform, or comparable automation tools.\nKnowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and centralised logging platforms.\nExposure to enterprise storage, persistent volumes, and backup and recovery solutions for Kubernetes.\nExperience operating container platforms in public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid environments.\nRelevant Red Hat or Kubernetes certifications are an
