In this role, you will work with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and deliver changes from design through deployment. You will also troubleshoot production issues and help keep business-critical processes and integrations running reliably.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze business processes and requirements, assess the impact of proposed changes, and recommend solutions using delivered PeopleSoft functionality where practical.\nDesign, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft enhancements, reports, batch processes, and integrations using PeopleTools.\nInvestigate production issues across application logic, data, scheduled processes, and interfaces. Identify root causes and implement fixes.\nDevelop test scenarios, perform unit and integration testing, and support business users during user acceptance testing.\nSupport releases, PeopleTools upgrades, and application updates, including impact assessment, regression testing, and post-deployment validation.\nMaintain functional and technical documentation and follow established standards for security, data privacy, and change management.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nHands-on experience in PeopleSoft application development and production support, with functional knowledge of at least one module in PeopleSoft HCM, Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM), or Campus Solutions.\nProficiency with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.\nStrong SQL skills, including the ability to investigate data discrepancies, troubleshoot batch processes, and diagnose query performance issues.\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.\nExperience testing application changes and supporting their deployment to production.\nStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to business users and collaborate with technical teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, or REST and SOAP web services.\nExperience with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface, BI Publisher, or PeopleSoft Query.\nExperience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, or PeopleTools upgrades.\nFamiliarity with PeopleSoft security, including roles, permission lists, and row-level
