# PeopleSoft Analyst / Developer

Role Overview We are seeking a PeopleSoft Analyst / Developer to maintain and enhance our PeopleSoft applications. In this role, you will work with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and deliver changes from design through deployment. You will also troubleshoot production issues and help keep business-critical processes and integrations running reliably. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and requirements, assess the impact of proposed changes, and recommend solutions using delivered PeopleSoft functionality where practical. Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft enhancements, reports, batch processes, and integrations using PeopleTools. Investigate production issues across application logic, data, scheduled processes, and interfaces. Identify root causes and implement fixes. Develop test scenarios, perform unit and integration testing, and support business users during user acceptance testing. Support releases, PeopleTools upgrades, and application updates, including impact assessment, regression testing, and post-deployment validation.
