You will help engineering teams deploy safely, recover quickly from incidents, and spend less time on manual operational work.\nThis is a hands-on role with responsibility for technical design, implementation, and production operations. You will work with software engineering and security teams to improve reliability, strengthen infrastructure security, and make common deployment and operational tasks self-service.\nKey responsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure across development, staging, and production using infrastructure as code.\nImprove CI/CD pipelines so teams can test, deploy, and roll back changes safely and consistently.\nOperate containerized workloads and improve the reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency of the platforms they run on.\nBuild actionable monitoring and alerting with metrics, logs, and traces. Work with service owners to define and track service-level objectives.\nParticipate in the on-call rotation, coordinate incident response, and drive follow-up actions from blameless postmortems.\nImplement security controls for identity and access management, secrets, vulnerability management, and software delivery.\nAutomate recurring operational tasks and build self-service tooling for engineering teams.\nLead infrastructure initiatives from design through rollout, document decisions and runbooks, and mentor other engineers.\nRequirements\nRequired qualifications\nTypically 5+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or a related role, with hands-on ownership of production systems.\nProduction experience with at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nProficiency with infrastructure as code using Terraform, OpenTofu, or an equivalent tool.\nExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing, deployment controls, and rollback strategies.\nHands-on experience with Docker and operating Kubernetes or an equivalent container orchestration platform in production.\nStrong Linux troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TLS, and load balancing.\nProficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python, Go, or Bash.\nExperience diagnosing production incidents using metrics, logs, and traces and translating findings into lasting improvements.\nAbility to explain technical trade-offs in English, collaborate across teams, and take ownership of complex work.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with GitOps and tools such as Argo CD or Flux.\nExperience building internal developer platforms or reusable deployment workflows.\nFamiliarity with disaster recovery planning, backup and restore testing, or cloud cost optimization.\nExperience implementing infrastructure security controls in a regulated or audited
