This role suits a developer with practical ServiceNow experience who can deliver defined technical tasks independently and collaborate on more complex implementations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and configure ServiceNow solutions in line with business requirements and established platform standards.\nTranslate functional requirements into technical specifications, working with experienced team members where required.\nCreate and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.\nConfigure workflows and process automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.\nDevelop and enhance scoped applications and platform functionality.\nImplement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and data imports.\nConfigure access controls in accordance with established security requirements.\nSupport ITSM processes and contribute to CMDB data quality and alignment with CSDM principles.\nPerform functional testing, resolve defects, and support release activities.\nInvestigate platform issues and contribute to root cause analysis.\nParticipate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical reviews.\nMaintain technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nTypically two to four years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience, or equivalent practical expertise.\nPractical knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and common service management processes.\nGood JavaScript skills and familiarity with ServiceNow scripting and development practices.\nExperience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.\nHands-on experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.\nUnderstanding of CMDB concepts and CSDM principles.\nExperience with REST/SOAP integrations and data import processes.\nFamiliarity with access controls and platform security principles.\nUnderstanding of ITIL processes.\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum team.\nA structured approach to problem-solving, testing, and documentation.\nStrong written and spoken English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD).\nExposure to Service Portal, UI Builder, or App Engine.\nFamiliarity with IntegrationHub and MID Server.\nExposure to additional ServiceNow modules, such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC.\nFamiliarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF), source control, and release management.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow reporting and Performance
