and disaster recovery requirements.\nInvestigate complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.\nMaintain technical documentation, standards and operating procedures.\nCollaborate with security, network, database, application and cloud teams.\nRequirements\nSkills and Experience\nStrong experience administering enterprise Windows Server environments.\nKnowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, SCCM and authentication services.\nExperience with PowerShell scripting and automation.\nUnderstanding of server security, vulnerability management and configuration hardening.\nExperience with virtualisation, cloud platforms and backup technologies.\nFamiliarity with monitoring, logging and event management tools.\nKnowledge of high availability, resilience and disaster recovery principles.\nStrong understanding of platform reliability, security, resilience and operational excellence.\nExperience participating in incident, problem, change and lifecycle management.\nAbility to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nA collaborative approach to engineering, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.\nCommitment to continuous learning, professional development and relevant industry accreditations.\nEducation and Professional Background\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.\nTypically six to ten years of relevant experience, or demonstrable expertise appropriate to the role.\nDesirable Qualifications and Experience\nExperience coordinating the work of others or contributing to technical projects.\nUnderstanding of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD concepts.\nRelevant Microsoft
