Your role will involve managing the analysis, design, programming, debugging, modification, and delivery of software for both commercial and end-user applications.\n\nYou will build relationships and provide services to meet client needs, taking responsibility for improving processes that negatively impact customer satisfaction. supervising hiring, career development, and the day-to-day management of teams and projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nManaging teams dedicated to Availity’s platform (service provider).\nResponsible for the corporate functional relationships of all team members that report to you.\nYou will be working with both internal and external teams to deliver solutions based on the proposed roadmap.\nLeading overall delivery responsibilities and proactively working to reduce roadblocks the teams may encounter.\nFollowing and promoting Agile practices across multiple teams.\nEnsuring that the teams participate in daily stand-ups, conducting retrospectives, code reviews, etc.\nDefining and tracking team metrics.\nDetermining the percentage of each team’s time dedicated to new development, maintenance, etc.\nMonitoring efforts to eliminate duplicate design and promote solutions that reduce or eliminate technical debt.\nAnalyzing trends in technology and assessing the impact of emerging technologies may impact product delivery.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field of study or the equivalent in documented work experience.\n10+ years of relevant technical and business experience in IT systems development management in a technology and/or healthcare environment.\n2+ years of experience managing teams and products in an Agile environment.\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients/vendors.\nMust have strong technical skills and should be hands-on with Java/Python programming, and front-end technologies like Angular/Vue.js/React.\nStrong technical skills working with AWS services.\nShould have a clear understanding of LLM, Agentic AI, and MCP concepts.\nHas the technical capability to partner with tech leads and architects in problem-solving.\nProven understanding of the software development life cycle.\nProven understanding of web development methodologies, application design, navigation, and information architecture.\nProven understanding of data modeling, relational databases, data structures, and design.\nAbility to launch and deliver multiple, concurrent IT projects on time.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with U.S. or global stakeholders.\nExperience in healthcare technology, SaaS, product engineering, operations, shared services, or customer-facing environments.\nExcellent communication.\nStrong problem-solving, ownership, and execution mindset.\nExperience in a fast-growing or scaling
