Associate Media Planner will support the team in the timely delivery of any internal and client deliverables. They will be expected to learn and know the necessary procedures and processes to ensure successful day-to-day ongoings of the account.\nWhat you'll do:\nHelp develop media plans; work closely with media planners and supervisors to develop holistic communications plan\nUse qualitative and quantitative research to develop consumer insights, roles of channels, budget allocations, and begin to develop analytical skills\nCompile research and competitive data that will be reviewed by the teams and clients to ensure client is reaching target audience\nLearn to utilize syndicated resources/programs and master basic media math\nDevelop tactical components of client media campaigns, such as flow charts, trafficking spreadsheets and budget trackers\nWork collaboratively with Planners at all levels to craft RFPs and brief Investment teams on insights and strategies.\nOversee and coordinate resolution of billing and discrepancies within designated timeframe.\nParticipate in team brainstorming sessions\nHandle day-to-day client requests along with the team\nAbout you:\nBachelor’s degree required with related coursework in advertising, marketing, and/or communications\n0-1 year media planning/buying experience (relevant internship a plus)\nProficiency with Microsoft programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint\nAbility to communicate concisely and clearly, both written and oral\nStrong organizational and analytical skills\nProven ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team\nDetail-oriented, organized, conscientious, with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced
