The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can influence without direct authority, build alignment across diverse teams, and successfully manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.\n\nThis role will be based remotely.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead medium-to-large cross-functional projects through the full project lifecycle using established ePMO methodologies. \nDevelop and maintain project charters, integrated project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, milestones, and project documentation. \nCoordinate project activities across Operations, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, and other business functions as needed. \nEstablish and facilitate project governance through project kickoff meetings, status meetings, executive updates, and stakeholder communications. \nManage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and overall project health to ensure successful project delivery. \nDevelop and execute communication and stakeholder engagement plans that drive alignment, accountability, and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. \nIdentify, assess, mitigate, and escalate project risks, issues, roadblocks, and resource constraints while driving timely resolution. \nCoordinate organizational readiness activities, including business requirements, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, change management, implementation, Hypercare, and transition-to-support activities, as applicable. \nCollaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to remove barriers and ensure successful project execution. \nMonitor project performance using established KPIs and provide accurate, timely reporting and recommendations to project sponsors and leadership. \nDrive continuous improvement of ePMO governance, methodologies, templates, tools, and project management best practices. \nPerform other duties and special projects as assigned.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\nThree to five years of experience managing cross-functional projects.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.\nStrong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar applications.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.\nCustomer focused with a continuous improvement mindset.\nAbility to influence without direct authority and build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive projects to successful completion.\nPreferred (but not required):\nPMP or CAPM certification.\nExperience in a manufacturing or medical device environment.\nExperience managing technology implementations, ERP projects, operational excellence initiatives, manufacturing programs, or business transformation
