You will be responsible for finishing precision machined medical devices according to customer specifications. Additionally, they are responsible for performing a variety of functions, including production inspection, cleaning, assembly, packaging and labeling of components/devices in a cleanroom environment. \n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nCleans and packages components per process routers, drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Work Instructions (WI)\nFollows cleanroom protocols and cGMPs in order to maintain ISO Class 7, 6 environments. \nManages the cleanroom environment, including regular testing, cleaning, inventory control, and equipment operation (Atlas Vacuum Sealer, Aqueous Clean Line, Citric Passivation)\nFollows Post Processing operational procedures, including Laser Marking, Vapor Degreasing, Blasting, Belt Sanding, and Additive Post Processing. \nEscalate potential process and/or product deviations to prevent scrap, rework, and customer returns.\nInspects product using CMM equipment, standard metrology, and visual inspection according to customer standards and requirements. \nConducts tensile testing, inspection filing, and DHR procedures. \nDaily organization and cleanliness of work area.\nFollows procedures in accordance with ISO 13485 quality standards.\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred\nAbility to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form\nMathematical skills to manage units of measure, fractions, decimals, whole numbers\nAbility to use measuring devices and hand tools\nAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced environment to meet quality and quantity quotas \nExperience using diagrams or blueprints, and follow other written or verbal instructions \nMechanically inclined with good dexterity -
