thisrole, you will get the chance to:\n3-5 years experience in business domain pertinent to financial advisory services and CRM\nPassionate about building next generation AI enabled products and data pipeline solutions for financial advisory and wealth management platforms\nDesign and implement machine learning systems from the groud up, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and foundational models tailored to enterprise business needs\nBuild AI-powered full-stack solutions across software, data, AI, integration and user experience\nApply established patterns for security, privacy, Responsible AI, observability, recovery and operational resilience\nCreate reliable contracts across data, services, AI components, user journey and enterprise systems\nCreate clear code, automated tests, documentation, runbooks and release evidence\nEnthusiastic, be able to contribute and learn from wider digital , data , AI engineering talent in the team.\nReview designs and code, mentor engineers and identify material technical, delivery, data, model and operational risks early\nCapable to create both technology blueprints and engineering roadmaps, for AI transformational journey.\nOwn versioning, compatibility, deployment, rollback, recovery, diagnostics and incident support\nWe are alsointerested in hearing from people who:\n5 Years of relevant software engineering experience\n3+ years of experience in designing and delivering machine learning frameworks (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with LLMs and foundation models (e.g, GPT, Claude)\nStrong Kotlin and Python programming and data manipulation skills, using relevant libraries and frameworks\nCloud-Native experience solid understanding of Azure services(Azure ML, Azure AI foundary, ADLS Gen2)\nExperience with cloud AI Services, agent frameworks, embeddings, vector search and RAG\nML Ops skills expertise in CI/CD pipelines for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and conternisation (Docker, Kubernetes)\nIT / Computer Science/ Mathematics & Statistics degree or other tertiary qualification related to development and / or development best practices.\nRelevant Certifications (e.g Azure AI Cloud developer)\nAre experienced with large-scale data sets, including data preparation and transformation at scale with SQL and distributed data processing\nYour exceptional communication
