In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers and business analysts in a collaborative, agile environment where innovation and quality are paramount. globally.\nCollaborate closely with team leads, product owners, business analysts, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software solutions\nDesign and develop scalable, maintainable code that adheres to best practices and architectural standards\nWrite comprehensive solution designs for new features and participate in code reviews with technical leads\nDevelop and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and system reliability\nParticipate in client workshops and requirements analysis sessions to understand business needs\nOptimize and improve existing functionalities to enhance performance and user experience\nTake ownership of assigned projects and demonstrate accountability for your area of expertise\nWork effectively within an agile framework, utilizing ticketing methodologies\nExcellent communication and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in team settings\nDetail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality assurance and testing practices\nIt would be a real bonus if you have\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline\nExperience in the financial services industry or treasury domain\nKnowledge of industry-specific standards such as FIX protocol, SWIFT MT, or ISO 20022\nFamiliarity with specialized platforms or tools relevant to your domain\nExperience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices\nProficiency in additional programming languages or frameworks\nMultilingual capabilities (additional languages are a plus)\nTrack record of
