In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, business analysts, and support managers in a collaborative, agile environment where innovation and quality are paramount. You'll have the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain robust solutions while continuously improving your technical skill set and contributing to meaningful projects that impact our customers globally.\nYour key tasks\nPerform product maintenance by ensuring timely delivery of workarounds and permanent resolutions in accordance with established SLAs\nDesign and develop scalable, maintainable code that adheres to best practices and architectural standards\nWrite comprehensive solution designs for new features and participate in code reviews with technical leads\nParticipate in client workshops and requirements analysis sessions to understand business needs\nDocument code and technical solutions clearly for team knowledge sharing\nFlexibility to work beyond standard business hours to meet operational and business needs (e.g. shifting, minimal on-call night support, reasonable overtime)\n Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software development or a related engineering role\nStrong programming knowledge with proficiency in one or more languages (PL/SQL or similar)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex technical challenges\nExperience working in agile or waterfall environments and familiarity with the respective methodologies\nExcellent communication and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in team settings\nIt would be a real bonus if you have\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline\nExperience in the financial services industry or treasury/payments domain\nKnowledge of industry-specific standards such as FIX protocol, SWIFT MT, or ISO 20022\nTrack record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope\n We
