the bank\" in Avaloq a success.\nOn our way to the cloud, we are providing an ever-increasing range of microservices to best combine availability and scalability.\nYour key tasks\nInfrastructure, Cloud & Automation\nDefine and deploy infrastructure components in Terraform for Oracle (OCI).\nManage containers on OpenShift (OCP) or Kubernetes clusters (provisioning, scaling, upgrades, networking, security, observability).\nImplement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines for scalable, predictable deployments.\nUse modern technologies to continuously improve and automate system operations.\nSet up, operate, monitor, and maintain systems required to deliver Avaloq services.\nMiddleware & Application Servers\nAdminister and configure middleware components.\nAdminister and configure web application servers and J2EE application servers (JBoss, WebLogic, Tomcat).\nPerform middleware refreshment, patching, and full lifecycle maintenance.\nContribute to the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise applications.\nOperations, Reliability & ITSM\nParticipate in ITSM processes:performance, service, change, asset, incident, and problem management.\n\nManage L2/L3 tickets in collaboration with strategic 3rd-party suppliers.\nParticipate in 7×24 on-call rotation, including early/late shifts.\nInvestigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues across middleware, cloud, and infrastructure layers.\nAutomation, Scripting & Documentation\nDevelop automation and monitoring scripts.\nProduce and maintain technical documentation.\nCollaborate with specialists from multiple domains to support cross-area activities.\nMessaging & Integration\nWork with queues and message exchange mechanisms (JMS-style or equivalent).\n(Nice to have) Experience with IBM MQ.\n Degree in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent professional experience.\nStrong Linux knowledge (Windows is a plus).\nUnderstanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, MPLS, peering, hub & spoke).\nExperience with at least one cloud provider (Oracle preferred).\nHands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Git (IaC).\nStrong CI/CD background: Jenkins, GitHub, CloudInit.\nBasic understanding of software development.\nExperience analyzing technical problems and automating recurring tasks.\nExperience with J2EE servers (JBoss, WebLogic, Tomcat).\nSecure Data Transfer expertise (SFTP, queue management).\nKnowledge of SSL and digital certificates.\nAbility to work under strict deadlines while handling multiple tasks.\nExcellent
