We follow an agile process, working closely with the Product Owner and related teams to develop product features and provide support to our extensive global customer base.\nWe work with customers and partners to develop and deliver innovative solutions to meet market demands. The team is part of many exciting and challenging projects relating to cutting-edge Swiss, European and Asian banking initiatives. We are the experts in Avaloq for the Treasury business.\nYour key tasks:\nClosely collaborate with the Team Lead, Product Owner, Business Analysts and other Software Engineers\nWrite solution designs for new developments and have them reviewed with our technical leads and architects\nParticipate in client workshops and support our business analysts in requirements analysis\nDesign, develop and maintain thought-out solutions within the team’s responsibility\nImprove and optimize existing functionalities\nDevelop and maintain automated tests, quality insurance\nTake ownership and responsibility for your area of expertise\nTo work with agile mindset, process and ticketing platforms (Jira) \n University degree in Computer Science or related discipline (preferable)\nSeveral years continuous relevant software development experience\nIn-depth knowledge in software engineering \nGood knowledge and sound understanding of database technologies (SQL, Oracle PL/SQL) \nPython, C++ or similar can be valuable. \nEager to learn and understand the business needs aiming to provide clean designs and high-quality code\nStrong conceptual and analytical mind with a structured and autonomous approach to work on complex technical and business problems\nEnglish (is a must due to this is the official common language across regions worldwide) \nIt would be a real bonus if you have:\nExperience in the financial industry and/or treasury topics\nExperience with Avaloq or other Treasury IT vendors (Comyno, Kondor +, …)\nKnowledge in domain specific standards like FIX protocol,
