A key focus of the role is enabling managers to confidently handle day-to-day people matters by providing practical guidance, tools, and support. You will play an important role in executing core people processes, providing first-line people advice, and supporting managers in applying People & Culture practices effectively.\nWorking closely with colleagues across People & Communications, you will build your advisory expertise while contributing to key people initiatives and employee lifecycle activities.\nProvide first-line guidance to managers and employees on people policies, processes, and day-to-day people matters, including performance, absence, and conduct\nSupport managers in the effective execution of core people processes and employee lifecycle activities\nManage routine employee relations matters and escalate more complex or high-risk cases as appropriate\nCoordinate and deliver key people processes, including onboarding, reward, performance and development activities, and employee changes\nAct as a responsive and trusted point of contact for people-related queries \nMaintain accurate HR documentation, case records, and employee data in line with compliance requirements\nSupport reporting activities and use people data to identify trends, risks, or issues requiring further attention\nPartner with People Advisors, People Business Partners, and Centres of Excellence to deliver a seamless employee and manager experience\n You are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others. You build trust through responsiveness, professionalism, and a strong customer focus. You are eager to develop as a People professional, learn from experienced colleagues, and grow your capability in people advisory, employee relations, stakeholder management, coaching and influencing.
