In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust database-driven applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for writing efficient code, optimizing database performance, and ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.\nDevelop and maintain applications using Java and PL/SQL, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards\nDesign and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and complex SQL queries for performance and scalability\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and efficient software solutions\nCollaborate with team members to review code, identify improvements, and implement best practices\nParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment\nTroubleshoot and debug applications, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions\nDocument code functionality, system architecture, and technical processes for team reference and knowledge sharing\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies\n **Required Skills & Experience:**\nProficiency in PL/SQL with demonstrated experience in database development and query optimization\nStrong Java programming skills with solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles\nExperience with relational database design, management, and SQL development\nProficiency with version control systems, particularly Git\nSolid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices\nExperience with code testing, debugging, and troubleshooting\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly\n**Preferred Skills & Experience:**\nExperience with Oracle databases or other enterprise database systems\nFamiliarity with Spring Framework or other Java frameworks\nKnowledge of RESTful API development and integration\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools\nUnderstanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies\nExperience with performance tuning and database optimization
