You will contribute to strategy development, transformation initiatives, and corporate development activities while gaining broad exposure across Avaloq's business.\nThis role is ideal for a high-performing professional looking to apply strategic thinking, financial analysis, and execution excellence in a fast-paced fintech environment.\nYour key tasks\nSupport the development of Avaloq's corporate strategy and corporate development agenda, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans\nConduct analyses, financial models, business cases, and market assessments to support strategic and operational decision-making\nCollaborate with sales, delivery, service operations, technology, finance, and other corporate functions to support strategic initiatives\nPrepare high-quality materials for executive leadership and help structure management discussions\nHow to apply\nPlease submit your CV along with a written motivation letter outlining your interest in this role and how your experience aligns with our requirements. Applications without a motivation letter will not be considered.\n 2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or a comparable strategic role\nExposure to banking, fintech, B2B software, or technology-enabled business models\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and business case development\nAbility to structure complex topics into clear insights and actionable recommendations\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nHigh ownership, curiosity, and a hands-on mindset\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
