You will work directly with the executive leadership team and senior business leaders to define strategic priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and support major business and investment decisions.\nThis is a highly visible role for an experienced strategy professional who combines strategic insight, commercial judgment, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.\nYour key tasks\nDrive the development of Avaloq's corporate strategy and corporate development agenda, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and business outcomes\nIndependently lead strategic analyses, business cases, and executive recommendations on growth, transformation, and performance improvement topics\nServe as a strategic partner to senior leaders across sales, delivery, service operations, technology, finance, and other corporate functions\nDrive executive-level discussions, prepare Board and Executive Leadership materials, and support strategic decision-making processes\nHow to apply\nPlease submit your CV along with a written motivation letter outlining your interest in this role and how your experience aligns with our requirements. Applications without a motivation letter will not be considered.\n 5-8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or a comparable strategic role\nDeep understanding of banking, fintech, B2B software, or technology-enabled business models\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling, business case development, and strategic decision support\nProven ability to structure complex topics into clear recommendations and drive decision-making with senior stakeholders\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to engage executives across functions and geographies\nHigh ownership, resilience, commercial acumen, and a results-oriented mindset\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
