This individual will support a team building an integrated enterprise IT support model to drive efficiencies in the talent space and better address strategic requirements associated with learning, training compliances, foreign language development and retention, job advertisements, selection, and performance.\nRequirements\n Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph\nDemonstrated experience as a lead on a team providing technical expertise and communications to the Sponsor.\nDemonstrated experience implementing industry best practices and associated technical solutions consistent with accessibility standards and agile methodology.\nDemonstrated experience proposing recommendations that provide business value while supporting goals and objectives, with an emphasis on improving User\nExperience/User Interface (UX/UI), reducing O&M, increasing quality and speed of delivery, transforming, and modernizing web-based application, system, and service components.\nDemonstrated experience in developing, maintaining, analyzing and documenting web-based application, system, and service components and associated interfaces, including those with databases and web services/APIs to assist in decision-making regarding future development.\nDemonstrated experience in Java development\nDemonstrated experience with cloud technologies.\nDemonstrated experience in developing and maintaining AWS environments and service components and associated interfaces, including those with databases and web services/APIs to assist in decision-making regarding future development\nDemonstrated experience working with COTS products including ServiceNow\nDemonstrated experience in the full accreditation lifecycle.\nDemonstrated experience in managing Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support, using service management systems.\nDemonstrated experience developing IT support documents that include SOPs, digital IT workflows, IT knowledge base, pre and post deployment checklists, IT architectural diagrams, system security plans, and administrative processes.\nDemonstrated experience developing and maintaining enterprise software, to include license renewals (where applicable), patching, and version update administration.\nDesired:\nDemonstrated experience working with Sponsor and partner IT organizations.\nDemonstrated experience working with learning applications\nDemonstrated experience working with language, compliance, and performance management applications\nDemonstrated experience with networking and platform hosting technologies.\nWork Environment:\nModerate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment). \nAbility to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. \nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear. \nEmployee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer. \nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. \nTravel:\nUp to 10%/ Occasional travel. \nAvalore will provide reasonable accommodations to applicants who are unable to utilize our online application system due to a disability.
