Working at the intersection of businessstrategy,organizationalchangemanagement,employeeexperience,andMicrosoftCopilotadoption,youwillhelpclientsidentifyhigh-valueusecases,accelerateworkforcereadiness,drivebehavioralchange,andrealizemeasurablebusinessoutcomesfromAIinvestments.\nYou willworkdirectlywithexecutives,businessleaders,andtechnologystakeholderstoshapetransformationstrategies,facilitateAIadoptionprograms,andbuildscalableapproachesthathelporganizationsembracenewwaysofworking.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive AI Transformation Strategy\nPartner with executive and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and evaluate AI and Copilot opportunities.\n\nDevelop adoption roadmaps aligned to business objectives and workforce transformation goals.\n\nHelp clients establish AI governance, readiness, and value realization strategies.\n\nTranslate emerging AI capabilities into practical business outcomes.\n\nLead Adoption & Change Programs\nAssess organizational readiness, stakeholder needs, change impacts, and adoption barriers.\n\nDesign and execute enterprise-wide adoption strategies for Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.\n\nDevelop communications, engagement, training, and reinforcement plans to drive sustained behavioral change.\n\nFacilitate executive workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and transformation planning activities.\n\nEnable Business Value Realization\nDefine adoption metrics, success criteria, and value measurement frameworks.\n\nMonitor adoption progress and recommend improvements based on user feedback and usage insights.\n\nHelp clients connect AI adoption efforts to productivity, employee experience, and business performance outcomes.\n\nCreate executive-ready narratives that communicate progress, impact, and opportunities for continued growth.\n\nBuild Scalable Adoption Programs\nDesign champion networks, enablement programs, and change acceleration initiatives.\n\nDevelop repeatable playbooks, toolkits, training assets, and governance approaches.\n\nSupport organizations as they scale AI adoption across business units, geographies, and workforce populations.\n\n.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or business change enablement.\n\nBilingual(French/English)\n\nProsci Certified Change Practitioner or equivalent.\n\nProven Microsoft Copilot knowledge credentials or equivalent.\n\nExperience leading use case identification and business case development for emerging technologies.\n\nDemonstrated experience guiding Microsoft 365 or Copilot programs with large enterprise customers.\n\nStrong understanding of AI and productivity transformation, organizational readiness, and skilling strategies.\n\nExperience with adoption and change management frameworks (Prosci, or equivalent).\n\nProven ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, and executive stakeholders.\n\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nExperience with internal communications, skilling, or change enablement programs in large organizations.\n\nExperience working with adoption and success teams to accelerate impact and remove blockers.\n\nPreferred experience\nExperience enabling champions communities at 1k+ scale.\n\nPrior short-format consulting (Big-4/boutique).\n\nDeep enablement for finance/legal/customer service personas.\n\nMulti-geo/multilingual rollouts.\n\ncreation of learning assets and Power BI adoption views.\n\nCompensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
