Whether modernizing legacy systems or building solutions from scratch, you will apply agentic AI to transform how projects are executed end-to-end.\nThis is a unique opportunity to influence Avanade’s architecture direction, elevate engineering productivity, andleadhigh-impact initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP.\nWhatyou’lldo\nArchitect AI-powered applications using autonomous and semi-autonomous agentic frameworks.\n\nApply AI agents across all delivery phases: analysis, design, build, test, deploy, and operations.\n\nModerniselegacy applications using agentic AI for discovery, transformation, and refactoring.\n\nDefine end-to-end architectures integrating traditional software, LLMs, vector stores, and orchestration.\n\nDrive AI adoption within Avanade Regions, enabling AI-driven solution roadmaps.\n\nContribute to solution planning and design across multi-disciplinary and multi-cloud environments.\n\nDevelop accelerators, reference architectures, and reusable assets for agentic AI patterns.\n\nGuideengineering, data, and DevOps teams on AI automation and pipeline integration.\n\nTravel occasionally for high-value client engagements.\n\n.\nSkills and Experience\n12+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications.\n\nStrong foundationin software engineering including frontend, backend, APIs, data, and cloud architecture.\n\nExpertisein Java or C# as a primary language; hands-on experience with Python, Rust, and TypeScript/JavaScript.\n\nProven delivery experience applying agentic AI to modernize legacy systems or buildnew solutions.\n\nHands-onexpertisewith agentic AI frameworks such asAutoGen, Semantic Kernel,LangChain, or equivalents.\n\nAbility to apply AI agents across all phases of delivery: requirements, architecture, coding, testing, documentation, and deployment.\n\nExperience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration patterns.\n\nStrong Azureexpertisepreferred, with hands-on exposure to AWS and GCP.\n\nExperience integrating AI into distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.\n\nDevOps andMLOpsexperienceincludingCI/CD,IaC, automated testing, observability, and deployment automation.\n\nFamiliarity with data engineering, ML models, Responsible AI, and enterprise governance.\n\nAbility to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and executive audiences.\n\nCloud, AI engineering, or architecture certifications are a plus.\n\nSalary\nCompensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, \nlevel, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.
