You are proficient in creating AI solutions that enable clients to see the whole picture and provide insightful and accurate analysis that helps to build successful businesses.\nDay to day, you will:\nFacilitate team, client meetings and pre-sales presentations.\n\nPartner closely with our AI, IoT, and Intelligent Automation team and Solution Architects to translate the customer's business requirements to define AI & IoT value proposition and solution scope.\n\nAnalyze client processes, identify AI opportunities, and recommend approach based on analysis and client maturity.\n\nEstimate, solution, design, and help drive and deliver AI deals.\n\nHelp build AI assets and enable internal and external stakeholders while growing capability and delivering high-quality solutions for clients.\n\nAssist in delivery as AI SME, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect\n\nProvide continuous advice, best practices, and quality assurance to AI project teams related to delivery approach and strategy.\n\n.\nSkills and Experience:\nYou’re an organized problem-solver with a talent for business, whose knowledge and experience helps turn business needs into solutions. You guide and support your team, whether at home or around the globe, to provide successful and accessible GenAI solutions that solve client problems.\nManagement Consulting & SI Experience is strongly preferred.\n\nExperience with AI (algorithms, AI-on-chip, AI hardware accelerators), Machine Learning (frameworks such as TensorFlow, CUDA, ONNX, Caffe, etc. preferred), Computer Vision and other Azure Data and AI services.\n\nApplying data and analytics to business use cases\n\nEngineering background preferred in related areas - programming, custom software development, app dev.\n\nData profiling, cataloging and mapping to enable the design and build of technical data flows\n\nUse validated methods to solve business problems using Azure Data and Analytics services in combination with building data pipelines, data streams, and system integration.\n\nExperience in preparing data for consumption\n\n.Net (Software Engineering)\n\nPython (Analytics/Software Engineering)\n\nLLM solution architecture & solution development (Generative AI / Azure OpenAI)\n\nTime-Series Analytics (Analytics)\n\nReal-time or near real-time streaming data analytics (Analytics)\n\nUnderstanding of data science and machine learning principles (Analytics)\n\nDevOps, MLOps, SDLC, Agile Development\n\nAzure AI Services (including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services) and Azure ML.\n\nPreferred Experience/Capabilities\nYou probably have a master’s degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as computer science, applied mathematics, statistics or machine learning - or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You’re likely to be a MSFT Certified Data Science Associate and you have been in a similar professional position for around five to seven years.\n\nCross talent community skillset, one resource that has all these skills.\n\nStrong management consultant\n\nStrong software or engineer/architect\n\nDecent data scientist\n\nDecent infrastructure architect\n\nEnterprise Architect\n\nCan talk openly and easily about AI use cases in multiple industries (Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Resources, etc.)\n\nStrong communication and customer facing skills.\n\nCapable of writing solid code\n\nComfortable in a hands-on position\n\nCapable of seeing the big picture, and breaking it down to it’s discreet components (being a good architect)\n\nTravel as needed.\n\nCompensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
