and level, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of technical activities, contribute to solution design and implementation decisions, and collaborate with or support other team members.\nKey Responsibilities:\nParticipate in the design, configuration, development and implementation of AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into conversational and agent-based solutions.\nConfigure agent instructions, topics, knowledge sources, tools and actions.\nContribute to the development and optimization of generative orchestration capabilities to improve agent behavior and reliability.\nConfigure automations and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Automate when needed.\nSupport the integration of agents with Microsoft 365 applications, enterprise systems and corporate data sources using standard connectors and APIs.\nWork with enterprise knowledge sources to develop AI solutions that provide contextualized and grounded responses.\nPerform functional testing, troubleshoot issues and contribute to improving agent accuracy, response quality and overall behavior.\nContribute to solution deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement, following development, security and quality best practices.\nCollaborate with clients, business stakeholders and technical teams during requirements gathering, solution design and project implementation.\nDepending on experience, take ownership of technical activities, contribute to implementation decisions and provide guidance to less experienced team members.\nIdentify opportunities for new Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases.\nPrepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.\nContinuously develop your knowledge of Microsoft technologies and emerging Artificial Intelligence capabilities.\n.\n1-4 years of experience in software development, automation, Microsoft Power Platform, Artificial Intelligence or related technologies, depending on the level of the role.\nHands-on experience or practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, including the creation, configuration and development of AI agents.\nKnowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, particularly its automation and integration capabilities.\nFamiliarity with configuring agent instructions, topics, knowledge sources, tools and actions within Copilot Studio.\nUnderstanding of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint and Teams.\nUnderstanding of Generative AI fundamentals, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, grounding and Agentic AI concepts.\nAbility to perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues and document technical solutions.\nFamiliarity with REST APIs, JSON and data integration concepts.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.\nProfessional English proficiency.\nFor candidates applying at Senior Analyst level, we would additionally expect:\nProven experience designing, developing, configuring and implementing AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.\nAbility to independently analyze functional requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.\nExperience working with multiple knowledge sources, tools, actions and integrations.\nPractical understanding of generative orchestration and AI agent optimization.\nAbility to contribute to technical reviews, implementation decisions and knowledge sharing within the team.\nConfidence in engaging with clients, stakeholders and technical teams.\nNice to have\nExperience with Power Automate and automation flows.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform connectors.\nKnowledge of custom connectors and REST API integrations.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and custom agent development.\nFamiliarity with Azure AI Services, Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI Search.\nUnderstanding of RAG architectures and multi-agent solutions.\nKnowledge of Power Platform governance, security and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD and Azure DevOps.\nExperience with agent evaluation, monitoring and Responsible AI practices.\nMicrosoft certifications related to Power Platform or Artificial Intelligence.\nAbout
