delivery of enterprise endpoint solutions across Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and mobile device management platforms. \nServe as the primary technical authority for endpoint transformation programs from planning through deployment and stabilization. \nDefine and maintain technical standards, implementation patterns, reference architectures, and deployment methodologies. \nOversee technical governance, risk management, and quality assurance across endpoint delivery programs. \nProvide architectural guidance for endpoint security, compliance, identity integration, application delivery, and device lifecycle management. \nAct as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues and deployment challenges. \nEndpoint Engineering & Automation\nDesign and implement automation solutions that improve device provisioning, application deployment, compliance management, reporting, and operational support. \nIntegrate endpoint management platforms with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, PowerShell automation, Power Platform, and operational tooling. \nDevelop reusable deployment assets, engineering standards, and accelerators that improve delivery quality and consistency. \nDrive continuous improvement through Endpoint Analytics, operational reporting, platform optimization, and automation. \nProgram Delivery & Technical Governance\nLead technical workstreams across large endpoint transformation and modernization programs. \nEnsure adherence to architecture standards, security baselines, deployment controls, and operational best practices. \nConduct architecture reviews, deployment readiness assessments, technical quality reviews, configuration audits, and risk assessments. \nCoordinate with project managers, engineering teams, security stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and client IT teams to remove delivery blockers and maintain program momentum. \nSupport transition activities including operational readiness, knowledge transfer, documentation, stabilization, and support handoff. \nStakeholder & Client Leadership\nAct as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. \nTranslate complex endpoint requirements and technical risks into clear decisions and actionable delivery plans. \nLead client-facing technical workshops, architecture reviews, program checkpoints, and executive-level delivery briefings. \nBuild productive working relationships across client technology, security, operations, and business teams. \nTeam Leadership & Capability Development\nMentor endpoint engineers and architects in delivery methodologies, engineering practices, and Microsoft endpoint technologies. \nBuild technical capability through coaching, peer reviews, technical communities, and knowledge-sharing activities. \nContribute to internal standards, reference architectures, automation frameworks, delivery playbooks, and reusable assets. \nSkills & Experiences:\nCore Technical Skills\nDeep expertise deploying and managing enterprise endpoint solutions with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and mobile device management technologies. \nStrong knowledge of hybrid endpoint management architectures and co-management approaches. \nProficiency with Entra ID, role-based access control, Conditional Access, endpoint security, and Microsoft Purview compliance capabilities. \nExperience establishing and implementing security and compliance configurations across enterprise endpoint environments. \nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 administration tools and Endpoint Analytics for monitoring, reporting, optimization, and continuous improvement. \nRelevant Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 and AZ-140 are highly desirable. \nDelivery & Architecture\nProven experience leading end-to-end device lifecycle management, including provisioning, configuration, application deployment, patching, security, support, and retirement. \nExpertise designing and implementing Windows Autopilot provisioning workflows and zero-touch deployment models. \nExperience leading large, complex endpoint transformation programs across multiple business units, regions, or technology environments. \nAbility to define and enforce delivery standards, architecture patterns, technical controls, and reusable accelerators. \nExperience integrating endpoint solutions with automation and operational tooling to improve efficiency and reliability. \nFive or more years of enterprise endpoint management experience in complex environments. \nDelivery & Leadership Skills\nStrong leadership experience delivering enterprise endpoint and workplace transformation programs. \nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across technical, operational, and executive audiences. \nExperience leading technical teams within large, complex enterprise environments. \nProven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining delivery quality, technical integrity, and program outcomes. \nExperience conducting architecture reviews, risk assessments, operational readiness reviews, and technical governance activities. \nStrong collaboration skills across project management, security, identity, infrastructure, networking, application, and operations teams. \nKey Success
