enterprise-scale AI adoption.\nWhat you'll do\nAssess client business challenges and identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and intelligent automation solutions.\nDesign and implement AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Azure OpenAI Service, and Microsoft AI technologies.\nBuild and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions integrating enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases.\nDevelop AI Agents and Copilot experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.\nCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to define AI use cases, business value, success metrics, and adoption strategies.\nDesign prompts, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails to ensure responsible, secure, and reliable AI solutions.\nWork with multidisciplinary teams to deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure and integrate them with enterprise systems.\nSupport demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), MVPs, and client workshops showcasing Generative AI capabilities.\nStay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives across the organization.\nSkills and experiences\nUnderstanding of Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.\nExperience developing AI solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar technologies.\nFamiliarity with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, and Cognitive Services.\nKnowledge of responsible AI principles, AI governance, security, and compliance considerations.\nExperience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and business workflows.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and business audiences.\nUnderstanding of cloud-native architectures and deploying AI solutions on Azure.\nDesirable Skills\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, and custom Copilot development.\nHands-on
