変革ストーリーの構想と成功事例の創出\n顧客の経営・事業課題を起点に、MicrosoftソリューションおよびAIエージェントを活用した次世代の業務モデル／オペレーティングモデルの構想策定\nAzure、Microsoft Security、Dynamics 365、Power Platform、Microsoft 365、Copilot等を組み合わせた変革シナリオの立案\n構想を「絵」で終わらせることなく、重点業務領域から短期間で成果を創出し、リファレンスケースとして確立するまでをリード\n創出した事例を再現可能なアセット（提案ストーリー、ユースケース、KPIモデル、導入手法等）として標準化し、市場展開を推進\n2. テクノロジー起点の変革設計\nクラウド、セキュリティ、ERP／CRM、AI等の専門領域における知見を基盤とした業務・システム変革の構想策定\nAs-Is業務・システムの分析およびTo-Beプロセス／アーキテクチャの設計\nAIエージェントの適用領域を見極め、業務変革効果および投資対効果を評価\nMicrosoftクラウドのモダナイゼーション構想とAI活用構想を統合したロードマップの策定\n専門領域に留まらず、複数のMicrosoftソリューションを組み合わせたクロスファンクショナルな変革提案を推進\n3.
