Our approach is comprehensive yet practical: we develop strategies rooted in business objectives, design systems that humans actually want to use, and enable our clients to implement real solutions that drive measurable outcomes-from operational efficiency to productivity gains, sustainable growth, and breakthrough innovation.\nWhat you’ll do:\nWithin Organizational Change Management (OCM), we guide clients through the journey from awareness to adoption for critical Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, and Microsoft 365 transformations. Our consultants help our clients realize the full value of their Microsoft technology investments, aligning stakeholders around shared visions, developing and implementing tailored change strategies, leading communications and engagement efforts, assessing change impacts, and designing training programs that upskill workforces and drive sustained adoption. We measure what matters-tracking progress, surfacing insights, and adjusting strategies to ensure lasting impact. Microsoft is our medium, and we are masters of our craft-bringing unmatched product knowledge, strategic insight, and human-centered delivery to every engagement.\n.\nSkills and Experience:\nMinimum 3-5 years in client-facing change management roles, with prior experience in Microsoft Transformations including AI/Copilot, SharePoint, and Teams migrations. \nLead and deliver organizational change management strategies for AI-enabled workplace transformation programs with a focus on Microsoft technologies. \nAssess organizational readiness and identify gaps in capabilities, culture, and processes. \nFacilitate stakeholder engagement, communication planning and change impact assessments across diverse organizational levels. \nDesign and facilitate training programs to upskill client workforces and support technology adoption. \nDefine and implement change measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, and business impact. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between change strategy, business goals, and technical delivery. \nBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders to support program success and long-term transformation. \nCoach client team members in change management best practices. \nApply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning and solution design. \nNavigate ambiguity and adapt change strategies to dynamic client environments and evolving program needs. \nDemonstrated experience in management consulting, preferably with a global firm. \nFamiliarity with AI tools and agents (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their integration into change management strategies. \nComfortable navigating complex, matrixed environments and working across cross-functional teams. \nDemonstrated ability to apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning. \nStrong analytical skills with experience using data to inform and measure change impacts. \nExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level storytelling. \nFlexible, analytical, AI literate, and effective in dynamic client environments. \nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with broader Microsoft ecosystem tools. \nWillingness to travel within North America (up to 50%). \nAbout you:\nYou are naturally curious and take the time to deeply understand client needs before proposing solutions.\nYou thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy bringing together diverse teams to solve complex challenges.\nYou are a strategic thinker who can balance business outcomes, technical considerations, and delivery realities.\nYou excel at translating complex concepts into clear and compelling stories that resonate with clients and stakeholders.\nYou are proactive, adaptable, and energized by working on high-impact opportunities.\nYou are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that create measurable value and lasting client relationships.\nA great place to work:\nAvanade is the leading provider of innovative digital, cloud and advisory services, industry solutions and design-led experiences across the Microsoft ecosystem.
