REST APIs used by Copilot Studio agents\nBuild agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, actions and agent flows\nWrite agent instructions and ground agents in enterprise knowledge sources to improve accuracy and reliability\nExtend agents with custom connectors, REST APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers\nIntegrate backend services with business systems, databases, Microsoft Graph and Dataverse\nSecure APIs and agent connections using Entra ID and OAuth 2.0, applying DLP policies, data protection and responsible AI practices\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and deploy agents through Power Platform ALM\nTest and evaluate agents before release, and support agents and services in production\nWork directly with technical and business stakeholders in workshops and demos to understand and refine requirements\nCollaborate closely with distributed project teams using Agile methodologies\nContribute to engineering quality through automated testing, code reviews, technical feedback and knowledge sharing\nWork on projects across a range of industries and business domains.\n.\nSkills and experience\nRequired skills\nBackend development\nAt least 3 years of commercial software development experience using C# and .NET\nExperience building backend applications and APIs using ASP.NET Core\nExperience designing and integrating REST APIs with backend systems\nPractical experience with Microsoft Azure services for hosting .NET backends, such as Azure Functions, App Service and Key Vault\nExperience with Entity Framework Core and relational databases (e.g. SQL Server / Azure SQL)\nExperience securing APIs using Entra ID and OAuth 2.0\nKnowledge of automated testing, clean code principles, design patterns and modern software architecture\nExperience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions\nCopilot Studio and Power Platform\nHands-on experience building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio in commercial or internal projects, including:Topics and generative orchestration\nKnowledge sources and grounding\nActions and agent flows\n\nPractical experience with prompt engineering for Copilot Studio agents\nPractical experience with Power Platform, including:Environments and solutions\nPower Automate\nCustom connectors\nDataverse\n\nUnderstanding of ALM for Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions\nUnderstanding of responsible AI, DLP and data protection practices for AI agents\nGeneral\nAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders\nWillingness to work across backend development, system integration and AI agent responsibilities\nEnglish language skills at B2 level or higher, as English is used in daily communication\nNice to have\nRelevant Microsoft certifications, such as AB-620 (Copilot Studio) or PL-400 / AB-400 (Power Platform Developer)\nExperience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools in Copilot Studio\nExperience with Microsoft Graph API\nExperience with Microsoft Foundry or Azure AI services\nExperience with messaging and event-driven
