Together we do what matters.\nLocation- Melbourne/Brisbane/Sydney/Perth\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis and Requirements:\nElicit, define and manage functional and non-functional requirements with strong traceability \nTranslate business needs into user stories, process models, and system level specifications \nCreate clear, structured documentation and artefacts that enable delivery teams \nFacilitate workshops, refinements and co-design sessions with stakeholders, delivery teams and end users \nLead discovery and business analysis workstreams across transformation programmes, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solution and measurable outcomes \nProvide thought leadership on requirements management, governance and business analysis best practices across client engagements \nCoach and mentor Business Analyst and delivery team members, uplifting capability and delivery excellence \nProcess and Solution Design:\nAnalyse and redesign end to end business processes with a focus on process gaps, efficiency and experience \nEnsure solutions balance user desirability, business viability and technical feasibility \nPrototype and validate solutions to ensure alignment with user and business needs \nAdvise clients on AI, automation and digital transformation opportunities to improve business performance and employee experience \nPartner with Solution Architects and Product Leaders to ensure solution designs align with strategic business objectives \nDrive value identification, benefits realisation and measurable business outcomes throughout the transformation lifecycle \nStakeholder Engagement & Facilitation:\nLead executive level stakeholder engagement, influencing decision making across business and technology leadership teams \nBuild trusted advisor relationships with clients and act as a strategic partner throughout transformation initiatives \nGuide organisations through business change and adoption \nAgile Delivery:\nWork within Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence \nContribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning and iterative delivery \nDrive prioritisation decisions based on customer value, business impact strategic objective \nSupport programme and portfolio level planning activities across multiple workstreams where required \nAI-Enabled Business Analyst\nLeverage AI tools (e.g. M365 Copilot) to enhance analysis, documentation and insight generation \nApply prompt engineering techniques to improve quality and efficiency of outputs. Design AI-enabled workflows and requirements approaches \nShape AI strategies and identify opportunities for responsible adoption of generative AI capabilities \nFacilitate AI use case discovery workshops and assist clients in defining AI roadmaps and business cases \n.\nSkills & Experiences\nCore Skill:\nExtensive experience leading cross functional business analysis activities across large scale digital, data, AI or business transformation programmes \nDemonstrated experience delivering Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions and developing AI agents (mandatory) \nAbility to apply human centered design or design thinking approaches \nExcellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills \nExperience in Agile delivery environments and tools \nAI and Future Ready Capability:\nFamiliarity with AI tools and applied use cases in business contexts \nExperience using tools like M365 Copilot for productivity and analysis \nUnderstanding of:\nPrompt engineering \nAI-assisted requirements workflows \nResponsible AI practices \nQualifications:\nIIBA, CBAP or PMI-PBA, SAFe or equivalent certifications preferred \nRelevant Microsoft certifications in Copilot, Power Platforms or Azure AI highly regarded \nWork Rights: Australian Citizens only.
