do\nLead and/or support with the architecture, design and deployment of Cloud Endpoint solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, endpoint security, and device management capabilities.\nDefine and implement modern endpoint strategies that improve user experience, security, compliance, and operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with clients to assess, design and deliver cloud-based endpoint transformation programmes.\nAdvise customers on Modern Management, Zero Trust, endpoint security, AI-ready device strategies, and workplace modernisation initiatives.\nDrive automation and operational excellence through scripting, AI-driven productivity and remediation, infrastructure as code, endpoint analytics, and device lifecycle optimisation\nSupport cloud migrations and transformation projects involving Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows 11, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft Security solutions.\nContribute to internal knowledge sharing, technical communities and capability development across the Cloud Endpoint practice.\nStay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends through Avanade's strategic partnership with Microsoft.\nContribute to thought leadership, client innovation workshops, and technical forums to strengthen Avanade's position as a market leader in Cloud Endpoint and Modern Workplace services.\n.\nQualifications\n5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale endpoint management, endpoint security, and cloud desktop solutions.\nStrong expertise across Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, Windows 11, Windows Autopilot, Configuration Manager, and Microsoft security services.\nExperience designing and implementing Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.\nStrong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, Conditional Access, endpoint protection, compliance management, and identity security.\nProficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation\nFamiliarity with endpoint analytics, device lifecycle management, operating system deployment, application management, and endpoint governance.\nExperience with third-party cloud endpoint and digital employee experience tools such as Nerdio, Nexthink, Patch My PC, or similar platforms.\nWorking knowledge of Citrix, VMware Horizon, or other virtual desktop technologies is advantageous.\nMicrosoft certifications such as MD-102, SC-300, AZ-140, MS-102 (SC-100 desirable for senior candidates), and/or equivalent certifications from Citrix, Omnissa (VMware Horizon), Nerdio, Jamf, or other enterprise endpoint and virtual desktop platforms\nProven experience leading complex technical engagements and delivering successful business outcomes.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across endpoint, identity, security and cloud technologies.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication and consulting
