CRM Customer Service\n\nUnified Service Desk\n\nDesirable:\n\nGenesys CTI Integration\n\nExperience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform application code\n\nTypescript/Javascript\n\nPlugins, custom actions\n\nPower Automate/Workflows\n\nClient management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan\n\nCollaborated with global teams on CE technology implementation and maintenance projects\n\nStrong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user\n\nBachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience\n\nAbout you\nAnalytical,
