You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions. Further, you are likely a great manager with vast CRM experience. You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a boardroom as in front of a whiteboard with your team. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, with an unrivalled focus on personal development and training in both technology and softer consulting skills.\nTogether we do what matters.\nKey Responsibilities\nEstablish global CRM architecture by integrating solutions across functional lines;\nSupport the sales team in crafting deals, with accountability for overall estimates;\nRecommend the right solutions for your clients’ needs;\nGuide your project team, establishing and tracking achievements, coordinating actions, seeking expert advice, balancing open issues, and contributing to team meetings and reports\nDefine how we measure business and operations success and validate CRM system performance;\nUse AI to facilitate and optimize the business solutions (using the agents to promote better results on clients’ needs such as sales provision, estimation, etc.\nSupport clients on CRM standards and prepare them for using their CRM solution by setting training programs and redefining new roles and responsibilities;\nGrow your network through educational opportunities, reading industry publications, building and maintaining your personal and business networks, and joining professional organizations.\n.\nJob Qualifications\nLeading projects requiring significant coordination, with the freedom to use your own discernment and methodologies;\nWorking with D365 Customer Engagement as a technical and/or functional leader;\nHands-on experience deploying with Microsoft Power Platform solutions for customers in a variety of industries;\nReviewed team's work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test);\nDesigned conceptual architecture and functional and/or technical solutions for large complex technology projects;\nAt least five full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365;\nExperience managing/leading teams both on and offshore is required.\nNice to have (Certifications)\nMB-230 -
