You will own technical design end-to-end, establish engineering standards, guide developers, and ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable implementations aligned to Microsoft best practices and our ALM/DevOps governance.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Architecture & Technical Design\nTranslate business requirements into robust technical designs across Dataverse, Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript, PCF controls, and integrations with Azure services.\nDefine non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability, observability) and drive adherence throughout delivery.\nProduce architecture assets: solution blueprint, integration contracts, data models, sequence/component diagrams, and deployment topology.\nDevelopment Leadership\nSet coding standards, review pull requests, and enforce quality gates (static analysis, unit/integration tests).\nMentor engineers (backend, frontend, integration, QA) and guide task breakdown, estimates, and sprint execution.\nLead technical spikes/POCs to de-risk complex requirements (e.g., omnichannel routing, complex entitlement, or high-volume case ingestion).\nPower Platform & Dynamics 365 CE\nDesign and build Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, and virtual tables.\nImplement CE extensibility: Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Dataverse Web API, Commanding & Ribbon Workbench, PCF.\nLeverage Copilot capabilities (Copilot in Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio) responsibly to boost user productivity.\nIntegration & Data\nDesign/implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and webhooks; define error handling and retry strategies.\nOwn data migration strategy (extract, transform, load), performance tuning, and reconciliation.\nALM, DevOps & Environments\nEstablish CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), solution layering strategy, branching model, and release cadence.\nManage environments (dev/test/UAT/pre-prod/prod), deployment automation, configuration management, and feature toggles.\nQuality, Security & Compliance\nChampion test automation (unit/integration/UI), code coverage, and performance testing.\nEnsure secure development practices (least privilege, secrets management, conditional access, DLP policies, audit).\nAlign with Microsoft secure score guidance and internal governance.\nDelivery & Stakeholder Engagement\nCollaborate with functional leads, PMs, and client architects; present technical options and trade-offs.\nSupport presales (estimations, solution approach, demos) and contribute reusable assets/accelerators.\nPeople & Capability\nCoach developers; contribute to hiring, onboarding, and skill uplift plans.\nPromote engineering culture: documented patterns, brown-bags, and community of practice participation.\n.\n8-12+ years in Microsoft stack with 5+ years focused on Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse and Power Platform.\nProven experience leading multi-sprint delivery as a Technical Lead across Sales/Customer Service/Field Service.\nStrong hands-on in: C#/.NET (Plugins, Custom APIs, XRM SDK), JavaScript/TypeScript (form scripting, command bar), PCF.\nDataverse schema design, security roles, teams, auditing.\nCI/CD with Azure DevOps , solution layering, branching strategies.\n\nIntegration and data migration expertise (ETL, throttling, pagination, delta strategies).\nExcellent communication;
