responsibilities\nLead solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (Finance, SCM, Commerce).\n\nTranslate business and functional requirements into scalable D365 solutions.\n\nDefine architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.\n\nLead and mentor a team of functional/technical consultants.\n\nServe as a primary point of contact with client stakeholders and internal leadership.\n\nEnsure adherence to Microsoft’s best practices and delivery frameworks.\n\nSupport pre-sales and business development with solution design and effort estimates.\n\nContribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and methodologies.\n\n.\nSkill and experiences\n12+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O solutions\n\nProven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on enterprise D365 projects.\n\nStrong functional expertise in one or more areas: D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commerce.\n\nWorking knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).\n\nFamiliarity with Azure services and integration technologies (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).\n\nExperience in data migration, security modeling, and user adoption planning.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience managing teams and leading client workshops or discovery sessions.\n\nSecond working language to English such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus\n\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform
