You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, data engineers, and delivery teams to ensure data is migrated accurately, securely, and efficiently across modern cloud and enterprise platforms.\nThis role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, consulting capability, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience delivering large-scale migration initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and lead data migration strategies, architectures, and delivery roadmaps for enterprise transformation programs.\n\nConduct source system analysis, data profiling, and migration assessments to determine migration readiness and identify data quality issues.\n\nFacilitate business and technical workshops to define migration scope, data mappings, transformation rules, validation criteria, and reconciliation requirements.\n\nDesign and oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) frameworks to support migration activities.\n\nEstablish data governance, data quality, cleansing, and remediation processes to improve migration outcomes.\n\nDevelop and manage reconciliation frameworks, exception handling processes, and migration validation controls.\n\nLead migration planning, mock migrations, cutover activities, deployment execution, and post-go-live support.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of migration programs.\n\nProvide leadership and guidance to data engineers and project teams throughout the migration lifecycle.\n\nIdentify and mitigate migration risks, dependencies, and issues while ensuring project milestones are achieved.\n\n.\nAbout You\n8+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Migration, Data Architecture, or Solution Architecture roles.\n\nProven experience delivering complex enterprise data migration programs across cloud and on-premises platforms.\n\nStrong expertise in:\nData analysis and profiling\n\nData migration strategy and planning\n\nData mapping and transformation design\n\nData quality assessment and remediation\n\nData reconciliation and validation\n\nData governance and master data management\n\nData migration testing and cutover planning\n\nHands-on experience with modern data platforms and technologies, including:\nMicrosoft Fabric\n\nAzure Data Factory\n\nAzure Data Lake\n\nAzure Databricks\n\nAzure Synapse Analytics\n\nSQL Server\n\nSnowflake\n\nOther enterprise data integration and analytics platforms\n\nStrong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and influence decision-making.\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.\n\nExperience working within Agile and enterprise delivery environments.\n\nDesirable Experience\nExperience delivering Dynamics 365 (D365) data migration projects, including:\nData extraction\n\nData cleansing\n\nData mapping\n\nTransformation design\n\nData validation\n\nMigration testing\n\nCutover execution\n\nExperience supporting ERP and CRM transformation programs involving:\nDynamics 365\n\nSAP\n\nOracle\n\nSalesforce\n\nOther enterprise platforms\n\nMicrosoft Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric certifications.\n\nKnowledge of modern data governance, data quality, and master data management frameworks.\n\nTOGAF, DAMA/CDMP, or equivalent architecture and data management certifications.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nA consulting mindset with a
