This is an opportunity to combine business transformation leadership, commercial impact, delivery excellence, and people development in a highly visible role.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead business solutions and customer transformations\nLead digital enterprise advisory engagements from strategy and vision through design, delivery, adoption, and value realization.\nAdvise business and technology leaders on digitally enabled growth, service transformation, customer experience, sales effectiveness, and relationship management.\nProvide delivery governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and strategic guidance for complex transformation programs.\nFacilitate executive workshops, design sessions, decision-making forums, and cross-functional alignment activities.\nEstablish outcome-focused delivery structures that connect scope, governance, adoption, and benefits realization.\nDrive business development and solutioning\nEngage with clients to understand strategic ambitions, operational challenges, customer needs, and transformation opportunities.\nLead and contribute to presales activities, including opportunity qualification, discovery, proposal development, solution shaping, estimation, and client presentations.\nShape integrated business and technology solutions in collaboration with sales teams, Microsoft, solution architects, delivery leaders, industry experts, and partner ecosystems.\nSupport go-to-market initiatives and help establish thought leadership in digital enterprise and business solutions transformation.\nBuild and grow capability\nDevelop methodologies, offerings, assets, accelerators, reference approaches, and points of view across customer engagement, CRM, target operating models, and delivery management.\nBuild strong links between advisory, sales, technology, and delivery communities to improve end-to-end solution quality.\nCoach and mentor consultants and managers to accelerate their professional growth and strengthen advisory, commercial, and delivery skills.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and reusable solution development.\n.\nRequired Experience\n8+ years of experience in digital enterprise advisory, business transformation, management consulting, customer engagement, CRM, or a related field.\nProven experience leading complex business and technology-enabled transformation engagements.\nStrong knowledge of CRM platforms and customer engagement processes across sales, service, marketing, and customer experience domains.\nProven experience in presales, solution shaping, proposal development, commercial estimation, and executive presentations.\nDemonstrated ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence strategic and investment decisions.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.\nSkills We Value Most\nBusiness Transformation & Target Operating Models: Translate strategy into business capabilities, target operating models, and executable roadmaps, balancing ambition with adoption and measurable outcomes.\nCustomer Engagement & CRM: Connect customer journeys and CRM capabilities across marketing, sales, and service to processes, data, operating models, platforms, and value.\nPresales & Solutioning: Lead discovery and complex pursuits, translating client needs into compelling business cases, proposals, and deliverable solutions.\nDelivery Leadership: Guide multidisciplinary transformations with strong governance and risk management, maintaining alignment across outcomes, scope, execution, adoption, and value.\nCapability Building & People Development: Coach people and build teams, communities, offerings, and reusable assets that strengthen advisory quality and long-term capability growth.\nWhy Join Us\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Digital Enterprise Advisory in the Netherlands while helping organizations transform how they engage customers, organize their business, and deliver technology-enabled change.
