Background in accounting and accounting processes are ideal.\n.\nBusiness Requirement Analysis\nDefine functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes.\nTranslate business requirements into logical and technical models, linking them to business processes.\nElicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders.\nOwn and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and re-use.\nBusiness Process Management\nInterface with clients and internal technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of functional requirements.\nLead client workshops, analyzing business process decomposition, and designing solutions for application and process gaps.\nPrototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints.\nUtilize workflow technology to automate business processes, ensuring the system reacts as per defined constraints.\nTest system behavior, including extensive testing of configurations to guarantee adherence to functional requirements.\nDocument business requirements, system settings, and prepare comprehensive system documentation.\nEducate and train key-users and end-users on the functionality of the implemented solutions.\n Stakeholder Management & Facilitation\nSupport key-users during user acceptance testing, addressing issues and ensuring the system meets clients’ expectations.\nCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to determine necessary patches and upgrades for the system.\nStay updated on technologies, including new releases and updates, to implement the latest advancements in solutions.\nCompensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
