The role ensures collaboration and productivity services are deployed securely, operate effectively, and are successfully transitioned to end users and support teams.\nYou must be an Australian citizen to apply; security clearance is highly regarded.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration services.\nDesign and configure Exchange Online, mail routing, shared namespace, and tenant coexistence capabilities.\nDefine and implement mailbox migration, mail flow, distribution list, and collaboration service onboarding approaches.\nLead the design and enablement of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft 365 Apps.\nSupport implementation of shared email domain and cross-tenant mail sharing solutions where required.\nCoordinate end-user onboarding, productivity tool rollout, and adoption activities.\nDevelop migration, deployment, cutover, and transition strategies for Microsoft 365 services.\nLead testing, pilot activities, production rollout planning, and hypercare support.\nManage deployment risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder communications.\nProduce solution documentation, migration plans, operational procedures, and support handover materials.\nSupport operational readiness and transition to BAU support teams.\nKey Skills\nExchange Online\nMicrosoft
