engineers\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of high-quality, well-documented solutions\nGain hands-on experience across the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder\nAssist in translating business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies\nSupport the development of automated workflows and AI-assisted processes to improve efficiency and user experience\nPerform unit testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting of developed components\nLearn and apply Avanade best practices for Power Platform, Copilot adoption, and responsible AI use\nContribute to task backlogs, solution documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives\n.\nSkills and experiences\nBachelor’s Degree within relevant Software Engineering & AI preferably\nEarly Exposure to Copilot & AI: Interest or introductory experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or generative AI concepts (academic, project, or self-learning experience welcomed)\nAutomation Foundations: Understanding of or hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps concepts\nAnalytical Mindset: Ability to analyze problems, gather requirements, and think logically about solutions\nLearning Agility: Strong willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and AI capabilities in a fast-paced environment\nAgile Awareness: Basic understanding of agile or iterative development practices\nProblem-Solving Skills: Curiosity-driven approach to troubleshooting and
