During your internship, you will experience how Data & AI solutions evolve from an initial business challenge into a designed, developed, tested, and demonstrated solution.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOur consultants work with a variety of internal administrative and knowledge-intensive processes. These activities can involve collecting information from different sources, analyzing documents, searching for existing knowledge, completing templates, asking stakeholders for missing information, and transforming unstructured input into structured deliverables.\nDuring this two-month internship, your challenge will be to explore:\nHow can AI & modern data platforms make internal administrative processes faster, smarter, and more consistent?\nYou will design and develop an AI-Powered Internal Business Assistant, focusing on at least one concrete internal use case. Instead of simply answering questions like a traditional chatbot, the assistant should help users complete an actual business process. This could include understanding what the user wants to achieve, gathering the required information, asking relevant questions, retrieving appropriate knowledge or templates, identifying missing information, and generating a structured result ready for human review.\nExamples of potential use cases include:\nSOW Creation: Guide consultants in creating consistent Statements of Work using the appropriate delivery model and template. \nRFP Analysis: Analyze RFPs and structure key requirements, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and clarification points. \nProposal & Opportunity Support: Transform opportunity information into structured input for proposals and solutioning activities. \nOther Internal Admin Processes: Automate repetitive internal activities where Data, AI, and automation can reduce manual effort. \nTogether with the Data & AI practice, you will select and scope a suitable use case that can be developed into an end-to-end MVP within the two-month internship. \nDepending on your solution design, you may explore technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Microsoft 365,Python, Git, and Azure DevOps. \nAt the end of the internship, you will demonstrate your working prototype, share your findings, and provide recommendations on how the solution could potentially be extended to other internal processes. \n.\nSkills and experiences:\nYou are a Bachelor's or Master's student looking for a challenging two-month internship in Data & AI, software engineering, or IT consulting; \nYou have a strong interest in Data, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI Agents; \nYou are interested in modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and the broader Microsoft Data & AI ecosystem; \nYou are interested in understanding and automating business processes; \nYou have basic programming or software development skills, preferably with some experience in Python; \nYou are curious about technologies and concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, agentic AI, data platforms, and workflow automation; \nYou enjoy translating a real business challenge into a practical technical solution; \nYou are comfortable experimenting with new technologies and turning ideas into a working prototype within a focused timeframe; \nExperience with all listed technologies is not required.
