The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, manage client relationships, and ensure disciplined execution from mobilization through go-live and stabilization.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the successful delivery of large-scale ERP implementations and transformation programs from mobilization through go-live and stabilization.\nOwn delivery performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource management, and client satisfaction.\nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with client executives, business leaders, and project stakeholders.\nLead governance forums, executive steering committees, and delivery reviews, providing transparent reporting and actionable recommendations.\nManage complex delivery environments involving multiple workstreams, vendors, implementation partners, and geographically distributed teams.\nManage complex delivery challenges, including scope negotiations, issue escalation, stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and project recovery.\nIdentify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and drive timely decision-making.\nPartner with sales and solutioning teams to assess deliverability, shape opportunities, and support growth within strategic accounts.\nMentor and coach Delivery Managers and project leaders, fostering a high-performance delivery culture.\n.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nSAFe Agilist or Scrum certification.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary ERP implementation teams across business, functional, technical, data, testing, and change management disciplines.\nRelevant Microsoft certifications, such as MB-310 - Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate; MB-330 - Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate; MB-500 - Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate; AB-730 - Dynamics 365 AI Business Professional; or AB-731 - Dynamics 365 AI Transformation Leader.\nExperience in consulting organizations delivering enterprise transformations.\nLeadership Expectations\nBuilds trust with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams.\nRemains calm, decisive, and accountable in complex delivery situations.\nBalances client advocacy with commercial and delivery discipline.\nLeads through influence, collaboration, sound judgment, and ownership.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nERP programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with strong quality outcomes.\nClients experience clear communication, disciplined execution, and trusted delivery leadership.\nRisks and issues are addressed early, with decisions made at the right level.\nTeams operate with accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nKey Skills & Capabilities\n7+ years of experience leading ERP, enterprise application, or large-scale technology transformation programs in consulting environments.\nStrong ERP delivery leadership, program governance, and quality management capabilities.\nDemonstrated success managing complex client engagements and advising executive-level stakeholders.\nExpertise in risk, issue, dependency, scope, and change management.\nFinancial management, forecasting, and commercial awareness.\nConflict resolution, negotiation, and project recovery.\nResource planning, vendor management, and distributed multidisciplinary team leadership.\nStrong executive communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and decision-making skills.\nExperience coaching and mentoring delivery professionals and driving continuous improvement.\nCompensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
