This role combines deep supply chain functional expertise with client advisory, delivery leadership, solution governance, and team development.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions across procurement and sourcing, product information management, inventory management, master planning, manufacturing, warehouse management, transportation management, and order fulfilment.\nDrive supply chain process transformation aligned with business objectives, operational requirements, and industry practices.\nLead discovery and requirements workshops, translating business needs into functional designs, fit-gap assessments, and delivery priorities.\nProvide functional architecture, solution governance, and quality oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nAdvise supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, and project stakeholders on process optimization, automation, integration, reporting, and adoption.\nLead supply chain workstreams, managing scope, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.\nCoordinate functional delivery across technical, data, integration, testing, change management, and finance teams.\nLead and develop onshore and offshore consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing, and clear performance expectations.\nSupport pre-sales and business development through discovery, assessments, estimates, proposals, demonstrations, and solution envisioning.\nContribute to ERP practice growth through reusable assets, capability development, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and strategic client opportunities.\n.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft Certified:MB-330 - Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate\nMB-310 - Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate\nAB-730 - D365 AI Business Professional\nAB-731 - D365 AI Transformation Leader\n\nExperience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.\nSupply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or procurement industry experience.\nExperience in consulting organizations delivering enterprise transformations.\nLeadership Expectations\nDemonstrates recognized expertise in ERP Supply Chain Management and applies sound judgment to complex client, solution, and delivery decisions.\nLeads through influence, collaboration, and accountability across multidisciplinary teams.\nBalances client outcomes, delivery quality, team development, and commercial objectives.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSupply chain transformation outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.\nClients demonstrate strong satisfaction and confidence in the solution and advisory support.\nProject risks, decisions, dependencies, solution quality, and governance are managed proactively.\nConsulting talent grows through effective coaching, feedback, and meaningful delivery opportunities.\nReusable assets and sales contributions create measurable value for the ERP practice.\nKey Skills & Capabilities\n7+ years of experience delivering ERP Supply Chain Management0 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations.\nDeep expertise in multiple supply chain domains, such as procurement, inventory, master planning, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, product information management, or order fulfilment.\nExperience leading supply chain workstreams on medium to large ERP transformation programs, including at least 3 years in a functional lead capacity.\nStrong stakeholder management, executive communication, workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and client relationship skills.\nKnowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, fit-gap analysis, functional design, project governance, and quality management.\nExperience mentoring consultants and leading distributed teams.\nCompensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
