You will learn how to deliver and solution large and global projects, as well as gain the knowledge and experience of Microsoft’s broader Security, Compliance, and Identity (SCI) ecosystem, which is already recognized as a world-leading integrated security platform.\nYou will work with Avanade customers to design and implement Zero Trust architectures using Microsoft security solutions, focusing on IAM & IGA. You will also lead the deployment and configuration of:\nDesign and implement IGA capabilities including access reviews, attestation, role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement governance, and joiner-mover-leaver (JML) automation.\n\nSupport deployments of One Identity, SailPoint, Entra ID Governance, or CyberArk IGA modules.\n\nConfigure and enforce identity security policies (e.g., MFA requirements, password policies, least privilege).\n\nContribute to solution design workshops covering identity lifecycle, approval flows, and governance processes.\n\nImplement authentication and authorisation solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and federation technologies.\n\nIntegrate IAM/IGA tooling with HR systems, directories, SaaS applications, and on prem systems.\n\nConduct current-state IAM assessments covering Entra ID, AD, IGA configuration, PAM integration, and governance.\n\nDefine IAM and IGA strategies aligned to client business needs and regulatory requirements.\n\nProduce architecture diagrams, capability roadmaps, and phased transformation plans.\n\nBuild and test automated workflows for provisioning, deprovisioning, request approvals, and access attestation.\n\nIntegrate IGA platforms with line-of-business applications and perform end-to-end validation testing.\n\nDeliver high-quality implementation documentation, configuration guides, and governance artefacts.\n\nExperience implementing JML processes, access governance, and identity lifecycle automation.\n\nAbility to produce design documentation, process maps, and technical configurations.\n\nStrong communication skills and consulting experience in client-facing environments.\n\n.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3658,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Professional Services"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-11-02T14:28:50Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Senior or Specialist Worker, Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Senior or Specialist Worker;
