value of Microsoft Security solutions.\n\nSolution Design: Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand their security needs and design tailored solutions that address their challenges.\n\nCustomer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisorand providingexpert guidance on security for the best practices and Microsoft solutions.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams in the Sales organization, including Client Solutions, to support the go-to-market strategy and drive successful customer Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Microsoft sales specialistand executive teams, to support business objectivesand drive joint growth.\n\n.\nSkills & Experiences\nMin 8+ years of progressive experience in IT and cybersecurity, with a significant portiondedicated to cloud security (specifically Azure) and security operations, including at least 4-5 years in a leadership, management, or client-facing consulting role\n\nProven experience in pre-sales, consulting, or commercial leadership roles in infrastructure/security solutions, with deep knowledge of security architectures, solutions, and technologies.\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts clearly and persuasively to all levels of an organization.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in a consulting or advisory capacity.\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong client orientation with sensitivity to understand challenges and propose suitable solutions.\n\nExperience working with M365 E5 security solutions (i.e.Defender, Purview, Entra), Sentinel and knowledge of the broader Microsoft portfoliois highly valued\n\nCertifications in M365 security products and industry security certifications (e.g.CISSP, CISM, CRISC) leadership are
