We demonstrate innovation and ambitiousness to achieve performance targets and establish Avanade as a leader in Power Platform and as a #1 Employer of Choice.\nAs a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Consultant, you will design, build, and deliver intelligent low code and AI powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You’ll work directly with enterprise clients to identify use cases, run workshops, and implement secure, scalable copilots and automations that drive measurable business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and deploy AI-powered copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, orchestration, generative responses, and actions\n\nDevelop and extend solutions across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse; Power BI exposure desirable)\n\nLead client workshops (discovery, envisioning, and enablement) to identify automation and AI use cases\n\nBe responsible for architecting and designing Power Platform tenants/environments, liaising with IT, Security, and other technical groups to ensure all integration needs are met and fully implemented\n\nAnalyze and lead discussions around architectural options, ensuring all options are considered for optimal deployment\n\nIntegrate copilots with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external systems using connectors and APIs\n\nApply governance, security, and ALM best practices, including DLP policies and environment strategies\n\nProduce solution designs, technical documentation, and handover materials for clients\n\nWork with internal and external technical resources to enable the most effective DevOps processes\n\nCollaborate with architects, data, and AI specialists to deliver end to end solutions\n\nCommunicate with Microsoft Product Engineering on product related issues, suggesting improvements and participating with other users in the Power Platform community\n\n.\nSkills & Experience\nHands on experience with Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and the Power Platform\n\nStrong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and ALM\n\nClient facing consulting experience, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, and enterprise integration patterns\n\nMicrosoft certifications such as PL 900, PL 200, PL 400, PL 600, AI-900, AB-730, AB-100\n\nExperience with Azure services (Functions, API integrations)\n\nYou will likely possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, information system management or a related field.\n\n3-5+ years in Power Platform consulting roles\n\nYou’ll need to be an Australian Citizen due to project and client requirements.\n\nYou are an experienced technologist and are comfortable working with a technical team with a track record of solution design & delivery.\n\nIn addition, your technical skillset likely includes:\nDemonstrated experience interfacing with clients, assessing their goals and objectives, with the ability to translate ideas into strategic and practical solution recommendations\n\nAptitude for critical and analytical thinking, as well as the capacity to accept out-of-the box solutions\n\nBeing proactive in staying up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features\n\nDemonstrated experience with Power Apps, Power BI, or Power Automate, as well as experience with M365, Azure, or Dynamics 365\n\nDemonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form\n\n* Australian citizenship is required, and candidates must be eligible to obtain security clearance.
