Role Overview:
As a Product ManagementSeniorConsultant, you will perform quality product management responsibilities in morecomplex environment.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Product Backlog management (incl. making all the decisions on the priorities with a direction from the clientstakeholders and/or coaching and assistingthe client, led by business value).
Performing conversations on business value and the backlog with the client stakeholders.
Supporting project planning and estimation.
Leading requirement refinement activities.

Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements:
Identifyingrisks, limitations, and potential project improvements.
Understanding general technical issues; understanding project technology specific issues.
Running team activities - estimation, backlog refinement.
Managing the product backlog - creating, refining, and splitting user stories, understanding items' relationship, prioritisingunder the stakeholders' guidance.
Operating ADO, JIRA, or another system fluently.
Implementing best practices and industry standards in the project.
Leading a stream of work.
Making decisions and recommendations affectingthe entire project or a stream of work.
Demonstrating willingness to coaching and mentorship.
Initiating and guiding conversations with client stakeholders.
Communicating and justifyingthe vision and its reasoning.
Understanding impact to the Product from influences outside the project or the stream of work (Industry, legislation, etc.)
PreferredEducation Background:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred - Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Business, Information Technology)
